Terms and conditions

These terms apply whenever you use ayusensiawellness.com or place an order with us. They sit alongside our privacy policy and our refund and returns policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of ayusensiawellness.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. About us

The website is owned and operated by Ayusensia Wellness Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 748 Nai Sarak, Jodhpur City, Rajasthan 342001. We formulate and sell ayurvedic products and dietary supplements. Manufacturing is carried out by licensed third-party units in India, and Ayusensia is the marketer and seller of record. The manufacturer name, address and licence number that apply to each product are shown on the product page and printed on the pack.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872 to place an order. You confirm your age at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order where we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

4. Products and product information

Product categories:
Our range includes dietary supplements, licensed ayurvedic products manufactured under an ayurvedic manufacturing licence, and kits that include a device. The category that applies to a given product, together with its licence type and licence number, is shown on the product page and printed on the pack.

Availability:
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities without prior notice. Products that are out of stock are marked as such on the product page.

Information on each listing:
Every product page shows the manufacturer name and address, the country of origin, the net quantity, the maximum retail price, the best before information and customer care details, in line with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011.

Images and prices:
Product images are for illustration, and actual packaging, colour and size may vary slightly. Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total payable, including any delivery charge, is shown before you confirm the order.

Health disclaimer:
Our products are supplements and ayurvedic products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they do not replace advice from a qualified doctor. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication, speak to a doctor before use.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may decline where a product is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. If we cannot fulfil part or all of an order, we will tell you and refund any amount already charged for the part we cannot fulfil.

6. Payment

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and cash on delivery, processed through our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Those are handled by the payment gateway under its own security and privacy standards. If you are due a refund on a cash-on-delivery order, we will ask for the bank or UPI details needed to make that payment. We hold those details only to make the refund and to keep our accounting records.

7. Shipping and delivery

Our shipping policy carries the current timelines and charges. In summary:

Orders are dispatched from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, through our courier partner Delhivery.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days depending on location.
Delivery is free on all prepaid orders, whatever the order value.
Cash-on-delivery orders carry a flat delivery charge of ₹150, whatever the order value. The charge is shown before you confirm the order.
Prepaid orders also receive a 5% discount.

We deliver across India. Whether we can reach your address is confirmed by pincode at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or events outside our control.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Contact us at ayusensiawellness@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 81838 30000 with your order number. Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day, so please contact us as soon as you can. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, and it is treated under our refund and returns policy instead.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by our refund and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Reviews and customer content

We publish reviews only where they come from a verified purchase. We do not publish or commission reviews that are not genuine, and we do not display viewer counts, purchase counts or stock counts that are not real. If you post a review or other content on the website, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you have not been paid for it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, product names and images, is the property of Ayusensia Wellness Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, interfere with the operation of the website, or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information when placing an order.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ayusensia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ayusensia against any claim or loss arising from your fraudulent or unlawful use of the website. This clause does not affect your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the next paragraph, any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the website will be subject to the courts at Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Nothing in this clause affects your right as a consumer to bring a complaint before a consumer commission at the place where you live or work, under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

16. Grievance redressal

Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 and the Information Technology Act 2000, our grievance officer is:

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours of receipt and resolve them within one month.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change is posted means you accept the revised terms.
